We start reaching out 90 days before our members’ renewal dates to help them understand and fulfill their responsibilities so they don’t lose benefits. These short videos reinforce the steps members in each state need to take, in a short, concise manner.
Each video, about 15-30 seconds long, covers the main tasks associated with renewal in each state. It covers the methods available (online, phone, in person) as well as what the member will need to bring with them or have ready.
